Church Ministries
- Prayer - Prayer is the foundation and an absolute necessity of our faith in God through Christ. We have a dedicated Prayer Team that meets every Sunday morning from 9:00 am to 9:45am. We also have an Hour of Power prayer meeting on the second Friday of every month. The second Friday is a "Day of Fasting and Prayer" at New Life Assembly. There are other prayer groups as well. Asa result, God is doing great things!
- Bible Study - We conduct "in-depth" studies order to properly understand and apply God's Word to our daily lives. God has revealed His will, and purpose and plan for mankind through His Word.
- Bible College - New Life Assembly is a Berean Bible School Study Center. It is part of Global University of the Assemblies of God. The purpose is to educationally prepare those called into the ministry, and to provide an environment that all may increase their understanding of God's Word. Everyone is welcome to enroll.
- New Belivers/Discipleship Class - Accepting the Lord Jesus Christ a your personal Savior is the greatest and best descision that you will ever make! It is then vitally important to build a firm foundation for your life and walk in Chrsit. The New Believer's class, called "Foundations", does just that. The class teaches and guides people in the Biblical Truths, life, and rewards of the faith.
- Children and Youth - It is our burden to raise the young ones up in the Lord Jesus Christ. This is done through Bible teaching, crafts, and visual/audio media aids.
- Productions - From time to time, our Adults, Children, and Youth participate in visual/illustrated Bible messages and productions that bring a profound clarity and remembrance to God's living and eternal Word.
- Outreach - We are committed to reaching our community through outreach. We have a monthly Commodities Food Program and the Living Faith Clothing Ministry, and an annual Angel Tree Prison Ministries. We also conduct monthly street ministry and evangelism in our community.
- Al-Anon Groups - Each Thursday at 6:00pm, there are groups sessions for all those who are struggling with alcohol and/or drug addictions and problems. If you or someone you know is struggling with these issues, this can be a life-changing experience. Please call for more information.
- Senior Adult - Currently suspended.
- Women's Ministries - The "Women at the Well" fellowship meets once a month. There is sharing, caring, friendships, and a joyful experience meetimg the needs of today's woman.
- Men's Ministreis - The "Band of Brothers" Men's Ministry meets once a month. The men study, share their hearts, participate in fellowship activities (fun things!), and do various projects around church and community.
- Home Fellowsip Groups - Every Friday at 7:00pm we have Home Groups. We gather together to worship God, learn from His Holy Word, pray for one another, and enjoy a time of refreshments and fellowship in a relaxed, informal home setting. The locations change from week to week. Please call or visit the church for more information.
- Events - We regularly get together for fellowsips, pot-lucks, dinners, etc. We believe that the people of God need to fellowship both in and away from the church. We nurture personal relationships, as well as our faith in Christ. We are a "church family and community."
We are a General Council Affiliated Church of the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
If you are seeking a place to serve the Lord, and to experience God's pleasure, peace, and passion, you might consider New Life Assembly as the place where the Lord is leading you.
"Well done, good and faithful servant."
